WiredScore certification helps landlords and developers lease their building(s) faster and for less void space by leveraging the great digital connectivity in their buildings.
Available for homes and offices, the certification provides landlords and developers with valuable guidance on how to design a best-in-class digitally connected and future-ready building, and how to promote it to prospective occupiers and residents.

After the initial consultation, eBL solutions will conduct a survey of the building and submit the findings to Wiredscore, who will return the building score. Buildings can be awarded; Certified, SIlver, Gold or Platinum certification. eBL Solutions will then work with you to increase your score to reach the best possible certification for the building and maximise the benefits.
In addition to conducting the survey, eBL Solutions can provide Mobile RF Surveys, Cabling Surveys, Wireless Surveys and Access Control to help improve your WIredscore certification level.
